OUR SERVICES FOR LANDLORDS:
1. MARKETING & SALES
Mediation Services for Marketing & Booking of your accommodation facilities, promotional activities, accommodation advertising, occupancy calendars updates, receiving and forwarding of inquiries, providing information to guests on arrival, entire sales and marketing services in cooperation with travel agencies and other business partners
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Checking and restocking supplies in the apartment (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies and utensils, etc.), instructions to guests to the accommodation facility, meeting and greeting guests, showing them the property and its surroundings. Guest registration service.
Arrival to the apartment before or after the departure of guests, picking up keys, inventory check, collecting and disposing of garbage, preparing apartment for cleaning
Our Transfer Service offers a reliable and professional service for the entire Dubrovnik area.
We cover all major tourist destinations in a radius of 200 kilometers and we save plenty of time in comparison to other transportation options.
If your guests book our transfer from Dubrovnik Airport, we can provide full Meet & Greet Service. We are also monitoring all incoming flights and we never charge clients for any late arrival due to flight delays.
Your guests will be offered a selection of activities like day trips, group excursions, private tours, walking tours, etc.
If requested, it is possible to create a Tailor made activity programs according to client's wishes and preferences, regarding objective circumstances.
5. EMERGENCY CALLS
Emergency telephone (0-24 hours) if guests have a complaint, problem, device malfunction, burglary, etc. Charge on arrival at the accommodation facility.
6. CLEANING SERVICE
Regular cleaning of the accommodation after the guest leaves, includes:
Cleaning agents and utensils (liquid, broom, cloth, vacuum cleaner etc.), dust removal from all surfaces, vacuuming of all rooms and balconies, floor cleaning, cleaning and disinfection of the bathroom, change of sheets, preparation for new guests, etc.
You can also offer your accommodation capacities to other agencies, you will not be under obligation to work exclusively with us.
